Terms & Conditions

    1. Booking Confirmation:
      • A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit, which secures the date and time for your services. Until the deposit is paid, the date will remain open to other clients.
    2. Deposit Policy:
      • The deposit amount is 50% of total booking and will be deducted from the final balance.
      • All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations or rescheduling.
    3. Payment Terms:
      • The remaining balance must be paid in full [insert timeline 1 week before the event date.
      • Payment methods accepted: bank transfer or cash.
    4. Cancellation Policy:
      • Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event will be charged 100% of the total fee.
    5. Changes to Bookings:
      • Changes to the booking (e.g., additional services, changes in time or location) must be communicated no later than 14 days before the event and may incur additional fees.
    6. Travel and Accommodation:
      • Travel fees apply for out of studio services
      • Accommodation costs must be covered by the client for interstate bookings requiring early starts (e.g., before 6 AM) or for destination weddings.
    7. Delays:
      • If the client or bridal party is late, the makeup artist/hairstylist will do their best to accommodate the delay within the original timeframe. Additional fees may apply if extra time is required.
    8. Health and Safety:
      • The makeup artist/hairstylist reserves the right to refuse service to anyone with contagious conditions (e.g., cold sores, eye infections) for health and hygiene reasons.
      • Clients must inform the artist of any allergies or skin sensitivities prior to the appointment. The artist is not liable for allergic reactions or skin issues arising from the use of products.
    9. Photos and Social Media:
      • The client agrees to allow the artist to take and use photos of the work for portfolio and social media purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing.
    10. Liability:
      • The makeup artist/hairstylist is not responsible for any damage, injury, or loss caused during the appointment, including allergic reactions, accidents, or delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.
    11. Force Majeure:
      • In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergencies), the artist will make every effort to provide a suitable replacement or refund the deposit.
    12. Client Responsibility:
      • The client is responsible for ensuring that all members of the bridal party are on time and present for their scheduled services.
    13. Satisfaction Policy:
      • If the client is dissatisfied with the service provided, they must notify the artist immediately. No refunds will be issued after the event has taken place.
